Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury, Howard of Lowell and Nguyen of Andover move to insert in 4590-0915 after the word "hospitals": provided further that Tewksbury hospital shall maintain in fiscal year 2026 no less than the number of beds maintained in in fiscal year 2025
