Amendment #1068 to H4000

Gloucester Coastal Bird Monitoring

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for the City of Gloucester for monitoring the presence of and minimizing the disturbance to coastal birds”

and by striking the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “120,000”
