Amendment #1075 to H4000

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting in line 6 after the word "Laws" the following: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Martin Richard Foundation for operational costs and programming"; and in said item by striking the figure "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$200,000".
