Mr. Hamilton of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7008-1116, by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for Debbies Treasure Chest to support their efforts of providing resources to those in the Merrimack Valley.”
