Amendment #1096 to H4000
Cape Cod & Islands Community Health Center
Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 5095-0015, by adding the following words:" "; provided further, that Pocasset Mental Health Center, also known as Cape Cod & Islands Community Mental Health Center, shall maintain at least 16 inpatient beds for people in treatment for psychiatric conditions; and provide further, that there shall be a review conducted of the campus and services at Cape Cod & Islands Community Mental Health Center, including outpatient services, to determine what, if any, investments should be made in the facility or campus to better serve current and future patients."
