Protection of Reproductive Rights

Mr. Gaskey of Carver moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION X.

Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:

Section 51B ½.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no public funds shall be expended for the purpose of dissuading people from accessing the services of pregnancy resource centers or crisis pregnancy centers, nor shall any state agency promote or assist in any such effort. Any signage, website, radio or television advertisement, or digital advertisement paid for by state funds for such purpose shall be removed. No state agency shall issue or maintain any consumer advisory targeting such centers.
