Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, inserting after the word “projects” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Springfield Community Resources”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$350,000”
