East Springfield Neighborhood Council

Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: “; and provided further that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the East Springfield Neighborhood Council, Inc. in Springfield for neighborhood beautification and community engagement”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$120,000”
