Special Commission to Study Housing Demands for Justice Impacted

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX:

Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024 shall be amended in Section 128, subsection (c) by inserting the following language after the words “Regional Housing Network;”:

a representative of Justice for Housing, Inc.;
