Amendment #1111 to H4000

Community Schools

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7010-0012 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx provided further, that the department of elementary and secondary education shall expend not less than $3,000,000 in the form of grants to school districts for implementation of community schools, including, but not limited to, the hiring of community school coordinators;"
