Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in the final line, by inserting after “General Laws” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for Friends of the Children Boston for the expansion of the professional K-12 youth mentorship program”
