Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, in the final line, by inserting after “shellfish” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to Eastie Farm to provide food access, climate adaptation, environmental stewardship and youth education”
