Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in the final line, by inserting after “General Laws” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to EdNavigators to provide education and school support services to families and youth in the East Boston section of the city of Boston"
