Amendment #1139 to H4000

City of Lynn for Gun Violence Prevention Program

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, in line 1, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:- “;provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Lynn for gun violence prevention community programming”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof “$150,000”.
