Ms. Badger of Plymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in line 9, by inserting after "care“ the following: “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the High Point Treatment Center for the purpose of providing outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services, and programs aiding in men’s mental health care”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$10,398,660 “ and inserting in place thereof the figure “$10,413,660“;
