Amendment #1159 to H4000

Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College

Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8100-0111, by adding the following “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College to conduct a study evaluating the impacts of early life trauma on those incarcerated in the commonwealth for violent offenses, prior appropriation continued” and by striking out the figure “$10,087,424” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$10,162,424”.
