Amendment #1161 to H4000

Gardner Community Action Committee (CAC)

Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7002-0025, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Gardner Community Action Committee (CAC) to support capital improvements and operations"; and in said item by striking out the figures "5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "$5,200,000".
