Lynn Calm Team

Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 8000-0313, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Lynn for the Lynn Calm Team" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000”
