Frederick Douglass Neighborhood Association

Mrs. Mendes of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to The Frederick Douglass Neighborhood Association for community programming in the City of Brockton".
