Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7002-0012, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Gregg House in the City of Lynn for STEAM programming and facility updates" and in said item by striking out the figures " $15,240,000 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$15,290,000”
