Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7027-1004, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Latina Center Maria for English language education and professional development" and in said item by striking out the figures " $3,696,331 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,721,331"
