Mr. Reid of Lynn moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7008-1116 , by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Private Jewels Boxing Club Inc. youth program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$125,000"
