Improving the West Springfield Senior Center

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the West Springfield Senior Center to support expanded services and facility maintenance”
