Asa Waters Mansion

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the town of Millbury for repairs and upgrades of the Asa Waters Mansion".
