Pleasant Street Neighborhood Network Center

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for youth and community development initiatives by the Pleasant Street Neighborhood Network Center, Inc. in the city of Worcester”.
