Amendment #12 to H4000

Representatives Holmes of Boston and Vargas of Haverhill move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: "provided further, that no less than $750,000 shall be expended for Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA): and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "850,000”
