Abington and Rockland Joint Water Works Department

Mr. DeCoste of Norwell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-“; provided further that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for water treatment equipment upgrades for the Abington and Rockland Joint Water Works Department.”
