Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College

Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8100-0111, by adding the following “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab at Boston College to conduct a study evaluating the impacts of early life trauma on those incarcerated in the commonwealth for violent offenses, prior appropriation continued”.
