Greenfield Maintenance Vehicle Upgrades

Representatives Blais of Deerfield and Whipps of Athol move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 1, by inserting after "improvements" the following:- "; provided that, not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the City of Greenfield for maintenance vehicle upgrades"
