Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, in line 9, in inserting after "agreements" the following:- "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Franklin Regional Council of Governments to update the Rural Policy Plan for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts"
