Representatives Blais of Deerfield, Saunders of Belchertown and Whipps of Athol move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by inserting after "programs" the following:- "; provided that, not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Rural Development Inc. for housing development"
