Open Sky Community Compass Reentry Program

Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313,  by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $1,728,000 shall be expended for Open Sky's Community Compass Reentry Program in Worcester to provide community based reentry supports."
