MassArt Tower Building

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in item 7117-0100 by striking the figures "$26,409,532" and inserting in place thereof "$39,471,885" and inserting the following: "provided, that not less than $12,900,00 shall be expended for the MassArt Tower Building to address changes in code, lifecycle issues, and other near-term projects."
