Amendment #1241 to H4000

Health Care Access

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 3, by inserting the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall establish a health care access and financial sustainability grant program to the licensed, independently owned and controlled non-profit community health plan with a principal office in Worcester County that operates government-sponsored health insurance programs and a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in an amount equivalent to 1.75% of the combined total of the prospectively risk-adjusted capitated premium payments for Rate Year 2024 under its Medicaid accountable care partnership plans."
