Amendment #1253 to H4000

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7061-9611, by inserting after “districts” the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the South Coast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-lead restorative justice” and in said item by striking out the figures "$7,272,449" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$7,372,449"
