Amendment #1256 to H4000

Southcoast Fair Housing

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0104, by inserting after "shelters" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Southcoast Fair Housing to ensure access to legal support for individuals and families facing housing discrimination" and in said item by striking out the figures "$8,390,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,465,000"
