Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, by inserting after "months" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Row New Bedford Foundation, Inc., for costs related to establishing and enhancing their rowing program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$112,263,141" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$112,313,141"
