Amendment #1261 to H4000

Community Day and Employment DDS Programs

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5920-2025, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $3,500,000 be expended for community-based adult programs intended to provide adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder with access to meaningful support, skill-building activities, and connections in the Commonwealth;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$287,388,656” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$290,888,656.”
