Lancaster Memorial Park Monument

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:-"provided further, that no less than $45,000 be expended to the Town of Lancaster for the construction of a new veterans monument in the Lancaster Memorial Park".
