Sterling Water Source Wells Study

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:-"provided further, that no less than $75,000 be expended to the Town of Sterling for the study of West Sterling Water Source Wells access road".
