NEADS Red Vest Accessible Program

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to NEADS World Class Service Dogs to administer, expand and digitize the NEADS Red Vest Accessible Program,” and in said line item striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$300,000”.
