Somerset River Walk Design

Mr. Thurber of Somerset moves to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 2810-0100 by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the conceptual design of a River Walk in the town of Somerset.”
