Amendment #1301 to H4000

Lynn Community Health Center

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

Section XXXX: ...to correct for rate impairment, a one-time MassHealth Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate adjustment for Lynn Community Health, Inc. to $301.59 per medical and behavioral health encounter, retroactive to January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025 and going forward, this new rate will be adjusted via the Medicare index and approved MassHealth mechanisms.
