Amendment #1305 to H4000

Representatives John Francis Moran of Boston and Montaño of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0005, by inserting after “as determined by the executive office of health and human services” the following:- “; and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to BAGLY, Inc. to provide innovative job training and wraparound support to LGBTQ+ homeless youth"; and in said item, by striking the figure “$12,600,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$12,850,000”.
