Amendment #1311 to H4000

Randolph Police Department Virtual Reality Training Headsets

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Town of Randolph’s Police Department for purposes of obtaining Axon Virtual Reality Training Headsets as a resource for training officers in various volatile scenarios, including de-escalation in mental health crises;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$175,000”.
