Universal Postpartum Home Visiting Services Report

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXXX. The department of public health shall conduct a review and issue a report on the cost of implementing the universal postpartum home visiting services program as established by Chapter 186 of the Acts of 2024. This report shall include, but not be limited to, the number of people utilizing universal postpartum home visiting services in the Commonwealth and the cost of covering such services under state-regulated insurance plans. The department of public health shall file the report with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate, the chairs of the joint committee on public health, and the chairs of the joint committee on health care financing no later than January 1, 2026.".
