Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2300-0101, in line 3, by inserting after the word "entities" the following:- "; provided further, not less than $200,000 be expended to the Town of Winchester for improvements and environmental remediation of Wedge Pond "; and in said item by striking out the figure "5,033,523" and inserting "5,233,523"
