Amendment #1347 to H4000

Stoneham Reimbursement

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1233-2400 in line 7, by inserting after the figure "2025", the following:- "; provided further, that not less than  $250,000 be expended to the Town of Stoneham for the reimbursement of funds spent on equipment, emergency response training and emergency responses on State-owned land in Stoneham" ; and further in said item by striking the figure "54,520,000" and inserting in place there of  the figure "54,770,000".
