Amendment #1377 to H4000

Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial in Ashburton Park

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 7008-1116 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the maintenance and upkeep of the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial”

and in said item by striking out the figures: “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures: “$135,000”.
