Amendment #1378 to H4000

Privacy Fence at rt 1/95 Interchange

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 1595-6368 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the construction of a six-foot tall privacy fence bordering the perimeter of the Oak Ledge Heights manufactured housing community at 161 Newbury Street, Peabody adjacent to the Route 1N/Route 95N split in the city of Peabody”

and in said item by striking out the figures: “$577,620,163” and inserting in place thereof the figures: “$577,670,163”.
